The next phase to re-open Texas under the direction of Gov. Abbott goes into effect on Friday May 22, 2020.  Key factors are:

                        Childcare - opens immediately for all
                        Bars - open @ 25% capacity
                        Restaurants - expand to 50% capacity
                        Youth Camps - open May 31
                        Certain Professional Sporting Events - without in-person spectators
